Liberty Mutual's Information Technology Group is actively searching for a Second-Shift Equipment Operator-hours from 3pm-11pm. As an Equipment Operator you will work in our print and production center operating and maintaining one or more types of production equipment to include inserting machines and laser printers, pre and post-processing equipment, and/or finishing and presort equipment.

Responsibilities:
***This is a 2nd Shfit Position: 3pm-11pm ***
* Responsible for reviewing operator duty rotation schedule for assigned area of operation and/or consulting with Lead for operational assignments.
* Responsible for operating inserting/printing machines and Enterprise systems and associated components, trouble shooting minor machine problems, and performing operator maintenance on each system operated.
* Responsible for meeting production quotas and maintaining delivery standards.
* Documents and assists in resolving routine equipment and/or production problems.
* Maintains records of work performed; record and report results.
* Reviews output for thoroughness and accuracy, check supplies for quality, perform audit procedures.
* Makes recommendations for process improvement and expense reductions.
* Responsible for set up of complex, high speed print and finish equipment.
* Re-stocks supplies (envelopes, returns, cover sheets, end sheets, etc) for each operated system during your shift.
* Supports Integrated Hosting Services-Publishing and Service Level Agreements.
* Maintains and cleans around work area.

Requirements |
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* Generally 2 - 3 years of production/mechanical experience
* Basic knowledge of production equipment including laser print, finishing, or presort equipment.
* Basic knowledge of quality control concepts.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Willingness to work overtime and holidays when needed.
* Ability to meet physical demands: role requires employee to be on their feet most of shift and to lift 25-35 lbs comfortably.
* Previous experience working an evening shift highly desired.
